Our menu, available throughout the day, is curated by The Marmara Group’s head chef, Tolga Özkaya. Quality

We prioritize local producers who do not compromise on quality for the ingredients used in our kitchen. Our chicken eggs are cage-free. All dairy products, including cheese and butter, are obtained from the milk of cows fed with special feeds. We use The Marmara Chocolate products in all our desserts.

İstanbul’un ikonik noktası The Marmara Taksim’de konumlanan Cafe Marmara, sadece bir kafe olmanın ötesine geçerek, Beyoğlu’nun yaşayan hafızasında kendine özgü bir yer edindi. Yıllar boyunca sunduğu lezzetler, zamansız atmosferi ve şehrin nabzını tutan konumuyla İstanbul’un sosyal hayatında özel bir yer kazananarak bugün de aynı duyguyla misafirlerini karşılıyor.
