Quality

We prioritize local producers who do not compromise on quality for the ingredients used in our kitchen. Our chicken eggs are cage-free. All dairy products, including cheese and butter, are obtained from the milk of cows fed with special feeds. We use The Marmara Chocolate products in all our desserts.
